Join the well-being challenge to move in green every day!
Have you noticed that it is nicer to move in nature? Or that you become happier after a brisk nature walk? Not only your mood, but also your body enjoys outdoor exercise. Even short walks in the countryside restore the concentration level.
Join 30-30 and see for yourself. From March 6 to April 4, 2021, take on the challenge and exercise for 30 days, 30 minutes a day in the green.
To exercise in green for 30 minutes a day for 30 days . By exercise we do not only mean running, walking or cycling, but also yoga or rope jumping, for example. As long as you move in the green.
The added value
By participating in the campaign, you first and foremost ensure better physical and mental health for yourself. But in the process we also create a lot of awareness together around the theme : moving in the green is vital.
Contribute to the impact measurement – the more participants, the more relevant and reliable the results. By joining the 30-30 campaign, you can therefore also be part of a study that reveals the link between moving in greenery and our health. In 2017 we gained insight into some reassuring results, which were confirmed by a large group of participants in 2018 and 2019 . You can find the results of the 2018 survey here.
